3. Return Process:
a. Prior to returning the Sloop Travel product, please contact our customer support team at support@sloop.travel to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
b. Please carefully package the item, ensuring it is protected adequately to prevent any damage during transit.
c. Include a copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
d. Ensure it is clearly addressed to our specified return address.
e. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with a tracking option to return the item. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Refund or Exchange:
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned Sloop Travel product, we will notify you about the status of your return within five business days.
b. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange based on your preference.
c. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
d. In the case of an exchange, the replacement Sloop Travel product will be shipped to the customer within three business days of approving the return.
e. Non-refundable Items:
1. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, excluding those eligible for warranty claims.
2. Only manufacturing defects covered under our warranty policy will be considered for return or exchange.

Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made directly from our official website or authorized retailers. If you have purchased a Sloop product from a third-party retailer or dealer, please contact them directly for their respective return policy.

In accordance with this warranty, Sloop will:
1. Replace the defective product with a new Sloop product
2. Provide an alternative product of equal value if the same style is no longer available.
Please note that a $10 handling fee, along with the shipping charge, will be applied to any replacement. For international shipments, additional customs/tariffs may be incurred and will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a claim, we kindly request you to follow the instructions below:
1. Email support@sloop.travel with the following information:
- Name of the Sloop product
- Detailed description of the defect, accompanied by a photo of the damaged portion of the
product
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or credit card statement indicating the name of the
store/website, date of purchase, and order number (if applicable)
- Shipping address for the replacement
- Telephone contact number
Upon receiving your information, we will promptly review whether your product meets the warranty requirements and notify you via email.
If a credit is issued, it will be automatically applied to your credit card within 2-5 business days.
